Q. How much savings can your clients expect from your process improvement deployments. How do I contact WASALOS, LLC?
A. Depending on how bad the current processes are, we guarantee no less than 25% inprovement. It is usually between 50-75% but we safely guarantee 25% improvement. Q. What kind of junk can you remove?
A. We can remove any kind of non-hazardous junk. For example:
Furniture,
Household effects
Appliances
Building materials - timber, masonry, etc.
Garden debris: Leaves, branches and tree trunks!
However, we aren't licensed to remove asbestos or other hazardous waste. For information on how to get rid of hazardous waste, please contact us.

Q. What do you do with the junk you collect?
A. Wherever possible, we recycle junk at recycling depots. We dispose of other non-recyclable junk at the proper disposal facility.

Q. Why would I get you to remove my junk if I can get a dumpster?
A. With WASALOS, we do the loading for you - you don't have to lift a finger. We arrive at a time that is convenient to you and perform the job immediately (no dumpster sitting in your yard for weeks). You only pay for the volume of junk taken away.

Q. Can you give me a exact quote over the phone or by email?
A. Based on that information provided at the time, we can issue an estimated price but that would only be confirmed with an onsite visit. When we're onsite, our drivers will assess the exact volume and type of junk and give you a exact price for your approval before any loading begins. Until then, everything issued will simply be a good faith estimate.

Q. Do I have to be onsite for you to remove my junk?
A. No, not necessarily, providing that our driver can get access to your junk. When we arrive onsite, we'll give you a quick call to confirm the price with you, then begin work.

Q. Why are appointments booked in two-hour time slots?
A. We can't always control the exact time that we arrive (for example, if traffic is heavy or a job takes longer than expected), so we book appointments in two-hour time slots.
